This website sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across the web. Operations telemetry for the administration building, and anything you type into a form, are described below.
While you browse
We do not set cookies, do not sell data, and do not build an advertising profile. We record technical request context for running VALONYX: IP address, user-agent (from which OS and browser are derived), and a coarse country code when the network provides one. Cookieless analytics (Plausible) still count page views, not people. Rows written before this notice have no IP — absence is not zero.
If you contact us
Requesting a launch notification, or sending a message, stores what you entered (email and/or phone, the product, the language, the message) plus the same technical context as a visit. That is how we reach you and how the administration building sees the instrument you used.
How we use it
We use your address or number to reply, or to tell you a product launched. Technical context is admin-gated and used for operations and security — not advertising, not a public dossier. We do not sell it or add it to a marketing list.
Deleting your data
Write to contact@valonyx.co and we will delete your address, number, and the technical context attached to that submission. No account, no form, and no waiting period.
