These terms govern your use of this website. Each VALONYX product is covered by its own agreement, presented at sign-up, which governs that product.
Scope
These terms apply to valonyx.co and its subdomains. They do not replace the agreement attached to any individual VALONYX product; where the two differ, that product's agreement governs it.
Use of this site
You may read this site, link to it, and quote from it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other visitors, present its content as your own, or use it to imply a relationship with VALONYX that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The VALONYX name, logo, wordmark, and the design and content of this site are the property of VALONYX. The marks may be reproduced only to refer to VALONYX. For brand and media assets, please write to contact@valonyx.co.
