These terms govern this website. Each VALONYX system carries its own agreement, presented at sign-up, which governs that system.
Scope
These terms apply to valonyx.co and its subdomains. They do not replace the agreement attached to any individual VALONYX system; where the two differ, that system's agreement governs it.
Use of this site
You may read, link to and quote this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it to imply a relationship with VALONYX that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The VALONYX name, emblem, wordmark, and the design and content of this site are the property of VALONYX. The marks may be reproduced only to refer to VALONYX — write to contact@valonyx.co for brand usage.
Forward-looking statements
Statements on this site about systems not yet released describe current intent. Scope and timing may change. Nothing here is a commitment to release any particular system on any particular date.
